Do I need to activate my Boppr?
Yes, activate your Boppr before applying it to your device. Do not apply your Boppr Tag to the same place you activated it.
How long until I receive my package?
Ok, Yeah, we couldn’t wait till we got ours either! Therefore we ship our products our the same day except on weekends. It usually takes 3-7 business days and tracking information is provided via email.
How to I Bop to someone with an older phone?
Sometimes the person who you want to connect with may not have a smart phone or NFC enabled device. If it’s a smartphone, we suggest having them scan your Boppr QR code. If not, we recommend sending your profile link through SMS or another messaging app.
What phones are compatible?
Most devices are compatible. In short, for Apple, the iPhone 7 and newer, for Samsung, the Galaxy S III and up. Usage on reading Boppr tags may vary. Click here to view more info.
Can I change my username?
Send us an email to support@boppr.com; if the username is available, we will be happy to change it for you. Send the email from the address that is linked to your account also include your current username.
