Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from the USA. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping with tracking is $4.99 on orders under $50.

Standard shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@boppr.com right away so we can fix it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or your Boppr arrives damaged, email support@boppr.com with your order number. Damaged items need photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
